Quoting

The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature.

- Anne Frank

To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
An eternity in an hour.

- William Blake

A flower is an educated weed.

- Luther Burbank

Beautiful quotes Mel.
I like the Anne Frank quote best.

Nice quotes Mel. But I loved the photo a lot. I don't know its name but I once planted it at my home during my childhood days. Thanks for taking me back to those innocent days for sometime. Thanks for sharing :)

Lovely photo. I like the last quote.

BTW, I hope you are are glued to the ' guide'. One advice: put a transparent cover to it. You'll be surprised how fast it will 'dirty' when you actually take them in the field.

Neat blog! I am new to bird watching myself but am a big fan of bluebirds. I have some fun pictures and a short video of our male bluebird eating out of my hand if you'd like to see it. Dave
